Quotes and bookings

Published prices are guides. A quote may change when dimensions, material, condition, access, parking, congestion charges or requested treatments differ from the information supplied. An appointment is confirmed only when agreed with the booking team.

Access and preparation

Customers should provide safe and practical access, disclose known damage and earlier treatments, remove fragile or valuable items, and identify parking, loading, stairs, lifts or building restrictions before the visit.

Results and limitations

Cleaning can improve appearance and hygiene, but complete stain, odour or wear removal is not guaranteed. Permanent dye loss, fibre damage, ageing, construction and previous products can limit the result. A technician may decline or alter treatment when testing identifies an unreasonable risk.

Drying and aftercare

Drying times are estimates affected by material, filling, moisture, ventilation and indoor conditions. Customers should follow aftercare instructions and avoid using or covering an item until adequately dry.
